In today's day and age, mathematics illiteracy is rampant. The best way to address this is to ensure that the students are engaged. We try to avoid the skill and drill type lessons that were commonplace in the past. Nadgenius Math Labs explore the how and why of mathematical concepts to give students the foundational skills they need not only to be successful at their grade level, but also building the proper foundation for advanced math in the future.

*Students (and people in general) are variable. Students from different backgrounds, or with different skill sets will all move at different paces. In order to make these products as useful as possible for educators, we have chosen to organize them based on the common core grade level standard to which they correspond. This though does not mean that "3rd grade labs" are only appropriate for 3rd graders. You may have a 5th grade class that is struggling with a particular topic, and maybe the 3rd grade lab can help give them the background knowledge they need to be successful. You may have an individual student who is advanced on a particular subject, so you give them a lab to do as a reward for finishing their work early! Either way, these grade levels are just a tool for organization, so explore different levels and have fun!!
